About the payment, please understand that sometimes we will require a payment in advance.
Cancellation
– cancellation fee = number of cancelation room x number of night stay
– 30 days before the training: calculate from the person stay, use the above formula
– 31-90 days before the training start: for all cancelation only, use the above formula
– For the long training cancellation, the cancelation fee will be calculate from the day that cancel
– The cancellation fee will be rely on the number of person and the duration of the stay. For more information, please contact us
